Miranda just got home from the Twin Cities today....she spent four days there visiting friends...I spent the time alone for the most part...besides Sunday meeting and alittle group hanging out together later that evening.....otherwise I spent the time in my garage...with my new work space...circuit bending...I've made a list of things I need... a few switches, an audio output jack, a couple potentiometers, a few other odds and ends...the keyboard was full of suprises..all pleasent.... death to the grasshopper...life to a single blade of grass.... my dear wife bought me a hermit crab in the cities...funny, I never mentioned wanting one, atleast I don't think I ever did....but I am happy to have him....I think she got him because he is painted completely black, with the Batman logo on his shell in yellow...needless to say I've named him Bruce...he is the most active hermit crab I've ever seen.....it is late and I need to try and get some sleep....I have to get up and go to work in 4 hours.....this candle is extinguished....sleep doesn't come as easily anymore....outside, alot of thunder, alot of lightning flashes....I always seem to sleep better in this stuff....thunderstorms are my down comforter....take the boat....leave the Scotch.. |

Well, in the wedding vows it says, "in sickness, and in health".....we are still waiting on the "in health" part. The night of the wedding, Miranda got the flu, there was a lot of throwing up. That same night I had a sore throat that killed. By Sunday evening Miranda was starting to feel better, and it seemed that my sore throat was going away. But then Monday morning I woke up with the sore throat again, and pink eye. Yay!!! Then by that evening Miranda started to get the sore throat, and Tuesday morning, I had the flu. So we basiclly just switched sicknesses. Meanwhile my eyes are getting more and more red, untill finally there is no white left in them, I don't want to get any medicine for them, because I think they look cool, but now this morning Miranda woke up with pink eye too, and she doesn't think it's as cool as I do, so I guess I am going to go into the doctor today, and get us some medicine.
By the way, thanks to all who came to the wedding, it was good to see everyone again, and especially to see you all having fun on the dance floor. Josh was my favorite, that kid creates his own dance, and I don't know how he does it. I wasn't even going to attempt a dance off with him, I would have lost right away. Rachel and Mel are sweet dancers as well, they have got the moves. Jason had on a sweet tie, I need to find out where he shops. Tanner and Tammie...what can I say...the best couple on the dance floor...that is all for now.... I hope none of you guys get sick, and if you do, you can punch me in the throat the next time you see me... |

The trip to Montana was alot of fun....I finally got Dr. Strangelove...and Miranda...being the sweet girlfriend that she is...bought be a book based on a true story called "The Long Walk" and she also got me Tool's Undertow album on vinyl..Sweet as can be....we also hit up alot of antique stores....and Ms. Breezee Walkin and I took a lot of pics...the pics that I took with the camera Mike got me turned out well...I will post them soon.... |

Check out this sweet camera that Mike Schnabel got for me at a thrift store....the thing is way old...it feels like it weighs five pounds...and the settings and knobs are odd....and when you load film into it(it takes 35mm) you close the camera and reel out all the film into the camera, so as you take pictures you wind it back into the film casing...and it really doesn't have an indicator as to how many pictures you have taken or have left...it is pretty much one of the sweetest gifts I've ever received...it has no intruction booklet with it...so I am just experimenting and trying to figure it out....it will be intresting to see how the first roll of pics turn out....if they are worth while I will post them on here...if not...I will just have to get another roll and keep experimenting with the different settings until I figure it out...

I had so much fun this last weekend....I spent the weekend in Minneapolis with Miranda...we had alot of fun...we had a sweet time hanging out with Ryan and Mel, and Tanner and Jason.....Tanner and Ryan are very good at playing darts....I better brush up on my dart skills before I go back...so that I don't get beat so bad again...Miranda absolutly loved them, as I knew she would, and they seemed to like her...Rachel was working, work sucks, and Rachel should have skipped it, but apparently she likes having a job and making money and crap like that...You better be around to hang out next time I come or else!!!!.....Jason has created a monster, or many of them acctually, because there was a crap load of small green plastic BB's all over the floor at Tanner's house....I want to shoot some people with one of those too now...I was planning on going back to Minneapolis on the last weekend of this month....I still might if I can work it out...but I have a slight problem....I destroyed my car on the way back home from Minneapolis...right out of Jamestown...if you are at mile marker 260 in the west bound lane...you might still see pieces of my car...were I ran into a slow moving van full of old women....I was going the speed limit 75mph, and I came over a hill....they were going 45-50mph, I think you can figure the rest out.....my car looks horrific....there is no longer a front end....the enging is pushed way back....seatbelts really do save lives...I had a near life experience(tell me what that is from, and I will love you)...well....that is about it....I plan on putting some of the Mexico pictures on here soon...so look for that....for now...here is a painting that Mikel Schnabel did....

There was a superbowl party here in Fargo....I hate football, well acctually I hate watching most sports for that matter, but it was a party...and I was with Miranda, so that made it alot better....the commercials sucked, as I expected they would....the only one that slightly delighted me, was the Dairy Queen one, with the shrimp eating popcorn shrimp...they end up being his own children...it made me smile, I've always been entertained by a good canniblism joke...for those of you that enjoy them as well, really ought to read, 'A Modest Proposal' by Jonathan Swift(the guy who wrote 'Gullivar's Travels') I can't wait for Mike to move to Breckinridge...that is all...
P.S. Go empty a can of hairspray into your hair, and light it on fire..take a picture and e-mail it to me....I will send you back a picture of me smiling... |

I ordered Miranda some flowers the other day, and had them delivered to her job. On the card I had them put this....

This weekend was a very good one...I went to South Dakota to help Kevin move his fiance Kelly...and my sister and brother-in-law, came along to help out....and once again...I got to spend the weekend with Miranda...she drove to Fargo on Friday night and rode with all of us down to SD, it was like a mini vacation. The couple whose house Kev and I stayed at were super sweet, and on Saturday night at their house, was a party for Kevin and Kelly. Then we all went to another house and watched the movie..The Terminal..and I started on a cool new picture for Miranda...oh and Tanner, I am making you a scarf to add to your collection...I am not very fast at knitting, so it might take a while (haha it was so crazy to see Tammie pass us on her way to see you)...and I have started on some more painting for some of you peoples...Anyway, back to the weekend...So yes the weekend was full of fun, and even full of laughs, especially for Miranda(you shallow clothes and food consuming freak) and I...On Sunday, Kevin, Miranda, and I rode back to Fargo together in Kelly's car, while Aung and Alberto rode together in their truck with the trailer...the trip back was full of entertaining talk about relationships, backwoods retards, stupid people, trips we want to sometime take, the idea that some people create negative chaos in their lives on purpose, stupid people, the Breck boys and how we need to go see them, along with Mike, intresting points from the meetings, stupid people, and Kevin and Kelly's upcoming wedding. And we get to do it all over agian next week, I get to hang out with Miranda for the third weekend in a row!! After we got back to Bismarck, we unloaded the trailer into Kevin's apartment. HAHA, he acctually called the spare room in their apartment, my room. So I have a room at Kevin's place, how sweet is that. Anyway, that is all for now, I am rambling....Oh yeah, and Rachel, you can post comments on my LJ again...sorry, I was screwing around with something and accidently turned off anonymous comments, but I fixed that...comment away..oh and call me sometime in the near future...I love you all.... |

I had a sweet time this last weekend....Mike came through and him, Kevin and I took a trip to Alexandria, MN. The Stern brothers are moving to Oregon, and so we attended an awesome going away party. At the party there was music, and lots of friends. I got to see Naty and Dave...that was a treat...and of course the whole Breckinridge crew...along with Breezee...and best of all...Alexandria is only a few hours from Minneapolis...so Miranda came over to the party as well, and we got to hang out the entire night...it doesn't get better than that... ;) it was worth the sleep depravation. |
